Ceramic products produced and available in the warehouse are dispatched within 2-5 days. If the product is produced after the order has been placed, then production takes 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the product.

Return Policy
All products are handmade and unique (no two are the same), and may differ slightly from the pictures. Such discrepancy is not considered a defect.
Did you notice a manufacturing or transport defect after receiving the goods? Don’t worry, we will solve all the problems together. If you have the opportunity, please send me photos of the defect by email – info@karinacraft.com. This is likely to help me resolve the inconvenience faster. However, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

In the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online or by other distance selling methods, such as telephone, mail order or door-to-door sales, within 14 days and get a full refund. This can be done for any reason, for example just because you changed your mind.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your product, you can return it within 14 calendar days for a full refund, subject to payment of the shipping costs. The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:
- The returned product must be in its original packaging in good condition (you can cut the sealing strips to inspect the product);
- The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- In the event that the reason for returning the goods is faulty quality, I undertake to replace the faulty quality goods with goods of suitable quality at my own expense or refund the money paid for the goods;
- The goods must be in good condition (no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods);
- The returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
- I undertake to effect the return of the goods within 14 days.
Refunds will only be made by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.
The return of goods of the right quality shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
